Our store offers facial skin care, body care, SPF, eye and lip care, and routine sets.

Is shipping free?

Free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation is normally 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit; carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange a change-of-mind item?

Yes. Request an authorized mail return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, in original condition, and complete with packaging, labels, and accessories.

Are there return charges?

The free return label is included in the parcel and no restocking fee applies.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
