Both defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. A change of mind, personal preference, or mistaken product choice can qualify.
Eligible goods must be new, unused, and in their original condition with the original packaging, labels, and included accessories. Returns are made by mail using the free return label included in the parcel. No restocking fee is charged.
Before mailing anything, request authorization with the order number, checkout email, and a clear explanation. For damage, a defect, wrong item, missing part, or a material difference from the description, include photographs or video of the product and packaging. Unauthorized parcels must not be sent.
Exchanges depend on current inventory. Once a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
